Meet the founders
Global Dec was founded by Rudy Decanini and Virgilio Moscardini, bringing together educational expertise, international business experience and decades of travel across Europe, Asia and South America.
Together, they created Global Dec to offer carefully curated cultural journeys and study-abroad experiences that go beyond conventional tourism.
