Mystical Nepal
Eleven days between the temples of the Kathmandu Valley, the lake at Pokhara, the villages of the Himalayan foothills and the jungle of Chitwan, at the end of the monsoon, when the air is clearest. In Kathmandu: Patan, Swayambhunath and Durbar Square. From Pokhara, three days on village trails to Australian Camp, Dhampus and Astam, facing the Annapurna range. Then Chitwan National Park, with jeep safari, canoe and the Tharu villages, sunrise over the Himalaya at Nagarkot (weather permitting), and Bhaktapur and Boudhanath to close. We work with local hotels, guides and businesses, so that more of what is spent stays in Nepal, and each journey supports a verified local project.
