Membership, clearly explained
Your journeys, connected.
Earn 2 Meridian Points per £1 of eligible Global Dec spend; 1,000 points are worth £5 towards a future eligible booking, up to 10% of its eligible value. Points are confirmed after completed, fully paid travel. Taxes, visas, insurance, tips, refunds, pass-through costs and reward-paid amounts are excluded. Status Credits are separate: they determine your membership level and cannot be spent.
Founding Members recognise our inaugural Rajasthan travellers, including Join-in guests. Scouting Members recognise contributions to exploratory journeys. Both permanent honorary titles include a card designation, itinerary consultations and dedicated previews, independently of status. Founding Members earn a one-off 25% points bonus on their next eligible journey, not retrospectively.
Practical questions, clear answers.
Origin · 0–2,499 Status Credits: digital membership card and access to designated member offers.
Horizon · 2,500–5,999: Origin benefits, 72-hour early access to designated departures and one Global Dec administration-fee waiver per membership year; third-party charges remain payable.
Zenith · 6,000+: Horizon benefits, one 30-minute planning consultation per membership year, first consideration for designated limited departures and selected member-priced cultural experiences. Availability applies.
Status Credits per traveller: 100 per purchased night + return kilometres ÷ 25 (rounded down, maximum 800) + allocated eligible GBP spend ÷ 10 (rounded down, maximum 500) + 300 for continuous Global Dec accompaniment, or 150 for daily coordination, or zero. Service bonuses do not stack. Only the purchased journey segment counts, including for Join-in guests; spend is never counted twice. All Collections use the same rate.
Credits are assessed over the previous 24 months and reviewed monthly. A level is retained for 12 months from qualification. Points remain valid for 36 months after the latest eligible earning or redemption; we will send an expiry reminder.
Founding Members: the September 2026 Rajasthan cohort, including Join-in guests. Their next eligible completed, fully paid journey earns a one-off 25% bonus on base points: £1,000 eligible spend = 2,500 points = £12.50. No retrospective bonus or Status Credit multiplier. Founding privileges also include a first-year 30-minute planning consultation and early access to designated departures.
Scouting Member is an honorary recognition for exploratory contributions. Both titles are permanent, appear on the digital card and include invitations to itinerary feedback sessions and dedicated previews. They do not confer a higher level. No automatic cash value, free travel or upgrade attaches to an honorary title.
We are accepting expressions of interest. Membership and balances begin only after individual acceptance and written confirmation; submitting this form alone does not activate them. Joining and recognition are independent of feedback. Individual membership is available; family pooling is planned and will require each adult’s consent and separate account rules before activation.
