Global Dec Ltd is a UK-based organisation specialising in cultural travels and study-abroad experiences. We help students, families and adults explore the world through programmes that combine cultural depth, educational structure and real-world understanding. Our work goes beyond logistics: we prepare and support participants before, during and after each journey, offering clarity, guidance and cultural orientation. We focus on meaningful experiences, tailored approaches and a solid understanding of the contexts in which people move.
Our Story
Global Dec Ltd was founded by Dr Rudy Decanini and Mr Virgilio Giuseppe Moscardini — relatives whose complementary international backgrounds and long-standing collaboration shape the company’s identity. Their shared experience as extensive travellers and their work across multiple countries provide Global Dec with a clear, culturally grounded perspective.
Dr Rudy Decanini is an Italian educator and translator with a background in international law, economics and cultural studies. A graduate of the University of Pisa, he completed further academic training at King’s College London, the London School of Economics (LSE) and the University of London.
He teaches Law, Geopolitics, History and Economics at Educa International School in Capezzano Pianore, and provides English language teaching and academic preparation in the afternoons at InAcademy Education Centre in Lucca.
He has been accompanying students and adults abroad since a very young age, helping them experience and study in international contexts across the UK, USA and Canada, combining academic rigour with practical cross-cultural insight.
Mr Virgilio Moscardini, based in the UK, is an export specialist and entrepreneur with decades of experience in cross-border commercial relations and international markets. A lifelong traveller and one of Rudy’s early mentors, he brings a strong multicultural and multilingual foundation to the company. He speaks Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese and French, and contributes a pragmatic, globally oriented vision to Global Dec Ltd.
Together, they built Global Dec Ltd as a professional bilingual bridge to navigate cultural, educational and practical challenges across countries, systems and languages — offering clarity, structure and real-world understanding to those who study, travel or work internationally.
